You Are Not What’s Happened to You

Posted in Live From Intuition, Live Your Passions, and Trust The Universe

In a couple of sessions with my beautiful clients this week I’ve found myself talking about the big versus the small view of our lives, well perhaps more our existence than our ‘lives’.

You know, the idea we are on this planet, a spiritual being having a physical experience for this finite time period and then, well then, who knows but I’ve got a feeling we continue to exist as spiritual beings beyond and indeed did prior to this lifetime we are currently in.

So if that’s true and hey, it’s just my belief, you are very welcome to register a skeptical facial expression right now…

Anyway, so I feel this is true and yet this life I’m having right now does feel very important, very absorbing and you know, I really identify with me as a person in this lifetime and all that I have experienced, not to mention all my dreams for the future.  So how do I put that all into perspective with regard to my belief that I am an eternal being not who but that will exist beyond this human life?

What I’m talking about here is living life from the viewpoint (the very liberating viewpoint I think), that what we know about the story of our time here in this current life is not the full story or the whole picture and that we have a bigger story, a more expansive existence that goes on beyond the comprehension of our limited human minds.

Now I’m not suggesting for a moment that our human lives here and now are not important or not to be revered and valued immensely, no, not at all.  We are certainly here to experience all that our souls very carefully set out to explore, discover, sense, feel, enjoy and endure when we made the choice to come and have this life.

What I’m hoping to elucidate (cool word), is that although we must take these lives of ours seriously enough that we engage, learn, relate, embrace, evolve and create as a direct result of all that we experience, perhaps from time to time, we could also take an imaginary step back from what we are feeling, suffering with, recovering from, catastrophising and even celebrating and realise…

This is not all there is to me, this is only my small story, I’m bigger and the infinite universe that is my true home is far bigger than this life event.

Phew, profound huh?

Wait, there’s more…

The things that have happened to me in this life have nothing at all to do with my inherent goodness as a divine soul, nor how I am loved beyond the stars and back again by the love energy that created All.

When we have the capacity to take this mental step back and view our lives from a more objective, less personal standpoint we are more likely to have the courage to chase our dreams, speak up for what we believe in and make choices that well, put simply, make us happy.  We are less likely to live in automatic pilot, put up with abuse from others or go on punishing ourselves with regret and guilt over past actions.

It’s all been happening for you, you can see that more easily when you take the BIG picture perspective. You’ve gained far more than what you may feel you’ve lost.  And ultimately, what it all boils down to is this:

You are loved

You are loved

You are love

That’s all <3

Create The Vision, Take Action, Repeat…

Posted in Create Abundance, Live Your Passions, and Trust The Universe

Here’s where I share some really useful information about manifesting your desired outcomes.

It seems to me there’s this complicated and intricate dance happening all around us every day.  Things happens that seems to be out of our control and to have nothing whatsoever to do with us. We react to annoying circumstances, accidents, illness and other people being awful as if to say;

“Hey!  That’s not fair! I was just minding my own business, I don’t deserve this.”

What I’m here to say is, pay more attention and realise that although we’re not supposed to take any of this’ life on planet Earth’ stuff personally, most of what you observe in your life has significance and meaning for you right now.

Every moment we devote attention to by expressing our reaction, opinion or emotions has a little message for us.  What we label as good, bad, happy or sad, the universe just sees as energy.

One step at a time
One step at a time

What we learn from these moments about who we really are and what we are unconsciously creating in our lives is what helps us move forward and become conscious creators of our reality.  And again, this isn’t just your personal journey I’m talking about.

When you shift and raise your vibration, everyone benefits.

You, as part of the whole are important and yes, vital to the overall flow of humanity’s evolution.

Sorry if that came as a shock.

So how do you create what you really want when you’ve got a long and glorious history of struggling to live what you thought was a ‘normal’ and ‘productive’ life?

It all starts with having a vision and then taking a step forward in your life that aligns you with the vision.  So before you quit your job or leave your partner, or both, work out what you would love to be doing every day of your life.  Our dream work is usually something we would do for free, something  we feel passionate about and makes our heart sing.

And don’t worry if right now you don’t know, because sometimes not having a clue what this might be is more perfect than having a narrowly defined goal.  You see, I began this process myself eight years ago and I’m still working out what it is I really truly want to do.  Every day I get a little closer and I’ve had an amazing time along the way.

When you’re not sure and you simply try something you’ve always wondered about, universe gets to gently guide you to what’s perfect for where you’re at right now.

When I went and studied kinesiology, I had no idea if I could do it, would like it or could create a practice in this field.  All I knew was I’d received a lot of benefit from being a recipient of kinesiology and it was a therapy I was very interested in learning more about. This was my vision and the action I took was to attend my first weekend training class. My work with individuals has evolved immensely since that first class but I know it was my right first step.

So the big CLUE here is, pay attention to what you see, hear, feel, sense, and react to in your life right now.  When you notice a little internal buzz of excitement at something before your eyes or ears, tune into your inner wisdom and ask, “Is this for me?”

When we act from that uplifting sense of enthusiasm, curiosity, interest or wonder, we know we’re on the right track.

When You Dream You Create Reality

Posted in Live Your Passions, and Trust The Universe

Do you have a dream?

I’ve got a stack of them and as one dream comes to fruition, another one emerges to take it’s place.  This is what I call, living in flow with all that life desires for you.

One of my dreams is to one day build my own (our own)  home by the beach, I’m not sure when this one will happen, but based on how my life’s expanded and flowed for the past few years, I reckon it might happen sooner rather than later.

In the meantime I’m happy with where I’m at and making the most of my current home.  I can let that dream go for now and trust that it will be delivered in divine timing.

“How does she get to be so relaxed and confident?” I hear you ask.

Well, I’m not all the time, nowhere near.  It’s just that since I learned how to follow my inner guidance a few years back, I’m finding it easier and easier to imagine my dream life, write it down, feel it, see it in my mind’s eye and then let it go with a request to the universe:

“…This, or something EVEN BETTER please”

What I’m also hearing some of you say is: “Dreams? I don’t have time for dreams, I wouldn’t even know where to start.

That’s how I felt before I began this journey and I understand how you feel.  Life can feel overwhelming, especially if you are over-committed to caring for children, running your career, caring for an elderly family member or if you’re stuck in the emotional quagmire of having stress, worry, resentment, responsibility or boredom as your daily emotional default.

You just need to make space to imagine and dream… like you did when you were a child.  It’s okay to fantasise and make-believe.  When we have a dream and visit it often in our imagination in a joyful and expectant way, we’re sending an order out to the universe saying:

“Hello universe, here’s what I like, this is what makes my heart sing and feels in resonance with my soul”

And universe, or as I sometimes like to call it, life, responds by edging us ever so slightly closer to that imagined reality.  Of course the speed is actually up to us.  If we believe it can happen overnight and feel rapid change is something we and our families can handle then that can be what occurs.

The main point here is, you won’t get if you don’t ask.

The other point is that although life actually does want us to be happy, we over-ride the natural flow of this when we think we are stuck in doubt, fear and confusion about what we really want.

I realise it can be hard to break those patterns of feeling over-burdened and lacking in inspiration, courage and optimism.  It’s a process worth beginning though, as we all have the potential within us to break free of those old patterns and begin to really enjoy life.

Three Tips For Attracting Your Desires

Posted in Live From Intuition, and Trust The Universe

When we want to see change, big change come into our lives, we can be tempted to fall into the trap of thinking the more thoroughly fed up and disappointed we feel with our current circumstances, the faster we’ll see our desires come to fruition.

Uh uh. Not so (head shake).

Nothing slows our progress in life more than hating where we are right now.

Loving where we are right now opens us up to more of what we love. Railing against where we are right now focuses our energy on what we dislike and the universe gives us more of the same.

It really is that simple.

Allow me to share a little story with you. Three years ago when I knew in my heart that I wanted to move from inner-city Fremantle to the country, I focused on feeling happy every day (well, most days) with my life at the time.  I walked along beaches, drove to bush reserves to walk, developed my healing practice and embraced my local community. And every night I went outside and spoke to the night sky about my dream to move ‘down south’, felt how good I would feel when it had occurred and thanked the universe in advance for my new life in the country.

So here’s what happened: Over a six month period my husband joined me in wanting this too, he resigned from his job, we sold our home in four weeks, we found a rental property in our new town, booked our children into the local school and we moved in time for them to commence school at the start of the year. That was at the beginning of 2012 and we’ve never been happier.

Here are my Top Three Tips for making this process work for you:

  1. Your goal must be in alignment with your true soul path.  Wanting something and knowing it’s serving our highest good can sometimes be quite separate things.
  2. Letting go of the ‘how it will happen’ and the timing are essential.  We tried to make this move two and a half years earlier and it just didn’t happen so I managed (after some tears), to let it go and focus on what I could change within myself and my perspective.
  3. Balancing your focus each day between getting on with daily life with a happy, light-hearted outlook AND spending at least ten minutes each day conjuring, imagining, creating this new life you desire in meditation, prayer, art, or journalling.

The bottom line is, be happy right now, look around you and find something to smile about and then be playful like a day-dreaming child and imagine how it could be EVEN BETTER!

Then watch and allow the magic to come your way.  After all, a rainbow is a rainbow, no matter where we see it <3

Simple Blessings and Hidden Blessings

Posted in Trust The Universe

I enjoy collecting sticks from the bush surrounding our home to break up for kindling in our fire.  The sight of a bucket full of dry, clean kindling makes my heart sing.  It makes me feel provided for, organised and self-sufficient.

IMG_8952

Our slow combustion wood heater is our only source of heating for our home and we love it.  Our winter days centre around starting and maintaining the fire, making sure we have dry wood to burn and checking on it hourly.

Simplicity

Warmth

Working with the natural elements

Freedom from electricity and gas

We have a lovely old fellow (in his eighties) who chops wood for a hobby at one of our local wood collection areas and takes great pleasure in furnishing us with stacks and stacks of his beautiful chopped up jarrah from fallen trees.  We appreciate receiving the fruits of his labour and he appreciates having grateful people to give it to.

It’s a match made in heaven, as the commercial suppliers of fire wood in our area charge hundreds of dollars per trailer-load.  We are blessed and we know it.

Last night at my women’s meditation circle we meditated on the hidden blessings in upsetting life events.

Given ample time to adjust and reflect after life has handed us a challenging experience, most of us are able to see that along with the stress, trauma, pain, fear and sadness, there are also benefits such as;

  • Closer connections with those around us in the giving and receiving of support
  • The opportunity to see our lives from a new perspective and make positive changes
  • The empowerment that arises simply from having to face a difficult problem or traumatic life happening

I’m speaking of our collective reactions to recent events such as the deaths of all aboard the Malaysian Airlines flight last week and the hundreds of people killed in recent weeks in the Gaza strip.

It feels to me from a ‘big picture’ spiritual perspective that as a global community we are being called upon to unite to create a peaceful planet where all can live and travel in safety and there is no such thing as ‘dangerous air-space’.  Now that more of us have been drawn in by personal and community connections to these tragedies, we can no longer turn away and imagine that the problems are happening ‘over there’ to people who are not like me.

They are just like you and I and it’s time we all set some fresh intentions for the human species.  Are we not all citizens of this planet? Are we not all children of this universe?

Send only love and peace but do it with heart-filled conviction and fury. <3

Helpers Need Help Too

Posted in Live From Intuition, and Trust The Universe

I’ve been playing with a couple of themes this past week.  One is the concept of ‘enough’ or perhaps more accurately, ‘good enough’.  Anyone else out there have perfectionist tendencies?

The other one is the idea that we have supporters (seen and unseen) in our lives and that how we handle the flow of giving and receiving determines whether or not we make good use of that support. Give too much and receive too little and it’s out of balance for us all.  We mothers are especially good at this, giving till we’re ready to expire (or explode) and not feeling able to ask for help.

IMG_5775

Before I go any further, I’d like to credit MaryCay Durant from Your Success Signature Business with alerting me to these concepts on a coaching call three weeks ago. The slow filtration process began then and is now emerging as real change in my life only now. Actually, this isn’t too bad if you ask me, I’ve frequently had transforming information resonate with me on the first hearing and then it’s taken me, oh, around ten years to finally implement it in my life.

So what’s this all about?

It’s about wanting to play a bigger game in my life and finding myself bumping up against demands that didn’t even feel like demands a mere four weeks ago.  They were just stuff I did and I had plenty of time for.

You see I’ve gotten clearer about what my work is, who I’m serving and how I promote who I am and what I do.  I’ve become busier with client appointments, I’ve written a business plan (thank you dear hubby for the firm nudge to do this), and for the umpteenth time, began a new edit on my book manuscript. Not to mention big tweaks to this website and the creation of my first printed promotional materials in eighteen months!

So, all that’s happened is life’s gotten a little busier and I’ve needed to reset priorities, plan my time a little more carefully and embrace these two concepts;

  • Decide anew what’s ‘good enough’ in terms of making time for housework, family, creativity, meditation, friends, exercise and work so I end up feeling in balance at the end of the day.
  • Realise I have support among my family, friends and my spirit guides and angels that I only need call upon to ease my workload and assist me with allowing it to feel easy and light again.

These periods of tension amid change can provoke feelings of fear, panic, blockage, retreat, overwhelm and an urge to throw in the towel.  I’ve felt all this and spent a couple of weeks wrestling with the attendant resentment that I projected onto the dearest people in my life, my precious husband and children whose very existence buoys me, urges me to be my highest expression and without whom I wouldn’t even be on my current path (sigh and chastened smile).

Haaah.  It’s quite difficult sometimes isn’t it, this ‘life’ thing?

So, I’m writing this post at 8.45 in the evening (I used to do it in the day), while my children settle off to sleep and hubby switches the television off to go and read his book.  No big deal, I enjoy this creative outlet and pretty soon I’ll be off to bed too.

I’ve found a new energy for doing all that I do by asking for some help from my family, acknowledging how I can drop some time wasting activities or at least reduce them (think email and facebook), and I’m giving myself a huuuge break around what is possible and ENOUGH.

I’m letting it flow, allowing my inner guidance to take the driver’s seat, knowing it’s time to let go of some rigid ideals around who I am as a wife, mother, woman and person in favour of being the humble, quiet, holy me who knows how awesomely powerful she really is and is ready to shine a little bit shinier.

Onwards men and women, to the peak!

Antidote For a Busy Mind – ‘Macro Presence’

Posted in Self-Care and Self-Healing, and Trust The Universe

IMG_5567I know, I know, you’ve heard it all before, from me and countless others…the powerful effect being present (awake, aware, mindful), has in bringing peace, enlightenment and even bliss into our lives.

It’s hard though isn’t it?  I’ve been a daily meditator and advocate for mindfulness for years now and yet, and yet… I still often find myself moving mindlessly through my life; dwelling in thoughts, hopes, worries, plans for the future and pre-rehearsed conversations (anyone else do this?), rather than being precisely where I am, doing what I’m doing in that very moment.

A wonderful mantra coined by spiritual teacher, Ram Dass that we can recite when we commence meditating is “Be here now“.

Perhaps we could use this in daily life.  When we notice we are distracted, not taking in our surroundings, not really listening to the dear family member right in front of us, whom we profess to love, we could say to ourselves, BE HERE NOW.

Write it bold on a piece of paper and stick it to the fridge.

Be   Here   Now

Taking a chilly winter swim in a wavy, weedy sea at my favourite beach the other day, I found myself feeling less than thrilled at being in a place I usually revel in.  I’d parked my towel, umbrella, shoes and clothes under a stout melaleuca tree on some dry sand. As I dried myself off and enjoyed feeling the sun’s rays for a couple of brief intervals when it broke through the rain clouds, I suddenly found myself looking more closely at this little tree.  I actually SAW it properly for the first time, I communicated with it, said hello and thanked it for sheltering me and my stuff.  As soon as I did this I noticed the whole tree quiver, grow more vivid in my vision. I felt it acknowledge me in return.

Melaeuca foliage - image courtesy: www.bie.ala.org.au
Melaeuca foliage – image courtesy: www.bie.ala.org.au

I know, sounds kooky, but this experience felt profound and was a wonderful jolt back into presence, connection with the place I was in and the nature surrounding me.  I left the beach with an uplifted heart and a fresh appreciation for our beautiful planet and all her miraculous beings.

Just as in macro photography where we see super-close-ups of tree bark, a leaf or a water droplet on a petal, we can bring this view of the world into our daily lives to enhance our mindfulness and ability to be present.

Simply look more closely:

  • Look at your finger tips as you hold a pen
  • Look into a child’s eyes when they are speaking to you
  • Notice the miracle of water flowing from a tap
  • Pause to enjoy the sun streaming through a window in the morning

Is that a good start? I’m sure you can think of a million more.  Super-heightened awareness is within our grasp in every moment. We need simply to choose it.  It really does feel good to be here now <3

Thanks for the school shoes universe!

Posted in Create Abundance, and Trust The Universe

My daughter is such an inspiration to me in the realms of letting go, courage and manifestation.  Both of my children are expert ‘manifesters’ and I think I may be just about ready to become one too.

Noticing and acknowledging when the manifestation process happens smoothly can so beautifully pave the way for it to happen again, and often.

Last Tuesday I decided it would be a good day to drive the 27km to our nearest big town to buy birthday presents for our son and some winter school shoes for our daughter.  One gift bought and one to go, I stopped in at our locally owned family shoe store and was promptly asked how I may be helped.  I said I was looking for some girls’ black winter school shoes with a buckle (“Not velcro Mum, a buckle please?”).  The perfect looking pair was there on display.  The lady went among the shelves at the back of the shop to find the size I requested.  She came back out and said there were only two pairs left in this style and one of them was in the size I needed.  I expressed a hesitant thanks and reached out to take closer look.

They looked a little on the big side so I asked if we could return them if they didn’t fit, she said that would be fine.  She also said they weren’t getting any more of this style in, which only left the velcro models my daughter had cautioned me NOT to buy. Also, this pair cost $20 less than the velcroed brand.

I must have learned something about non-attachment in recent years because as I bought them I felt completely relaxed about them fitting and my daughter liking them.  I really wasn’t that worried or bothered that I might need to make another trip to replace them or that she may not end up with the buckle version. This is a far cry from the old me who would have made it into a big stress event and the focus of the rest of her day.

So, cutting to the chase….they fit, she loves them, they were cheaper than I expected and no extra driving for me this week. Little yay!

Happy feet
Happy feet – (I also posted a photo of feet last week – meaning anyone?)

This scenario reminded me of something similar that happened a few years ago when our little girl was six.  She had a dress-up day at school coming up and wanted to wear an old-fashioned looking dress.  In her words, it would be white and with a frill around the bottom and pufffy sleeves.  Not being the sort of mother to make a very big effort to buy or make costumes, I agreed to walk around the corner one afternoon after school with her to take a look in the little op-shop there.  Beyond that, I wasn’t sure where we would go next.  Turned out there was no need for ‘next’, because there hanging on the small rack of girls’ dresses was the dress in question.  It was perfect in every way and we skipped happily out of the store minus a mere $5.00 and went home to iron-on some colourful ribbons to complete her vision.

Wow, wouldn’t it be cool if life was always like this, dream it up and bam, it’s delivered to order?

Well, maybe it can be if you truly believe it can.  Children set us obstacle-obsessed adults a wonderful example of how when we are in flow, faith and trust, little miracles can indeed happen.  It won’t always go perfectly to plan of course, the universe loves throwing us a little challenge here and there, but when we are in flow with our inner guidance and happy to be pleasantly surprised, rather than thinking we need to force results, perhaps we can have these sorts of experiences more often than not?

Emphasize it when it flows, let it go when it doesn’t.  That’s called looking on the bright side.

Success breeds success don’t they say? Go to it 🙂

Divine Discipline

Posted in Live From Intuition, and Trust The Universe

Haaah…Discipline and freedom.  Where do I start with these two little beauties of the human experience?

I’ve had a long history of emphasizing the importance of discipline and craving freedom as if it were a rare and preposterously expensive luxury.  Nowadays I still ebb and flow with these life aspects, imposing firm discipline one day, rebelling and embracing freedom the next.

Sunrise through the trees. I don't see too many of these in the darkening months
Sunrise through the trees. I don’t see too many of these in the darkening months

Many people speak of divine pace, divine timing and divine decision.  You know; “don’t worry about a thing, it will all come together in divine timing”.  Well that’s all well and good but another quote I like; “Pray and move your feet” (which upon researching its origins, turns out to be an old African proverb), tells me that we must not simply sit and hope for our good to arrive but take some action too.

So in my mind, discipline isn’t such a bad thing. When we’re too good at self-imposed discipline though, we take the joy, spontaneity and yes, freedom out of life.  We block ourselves from that quiet inner voice of divine inspiration, guidance and love.  We set our course, define the parameters, put our heads down and go, go, go. There’s no time or inclination to pause, reassess, slow down, take a detour, explore another path, or shift the goal a little or a lot.

Living my new life in the country I’ve learned a lot about myself through my business and my spiritual path which are of course, intrinsically linked.  I’ve practiced yoga, pretty much every week at a local class and tried to impose a daily home practice with some success. Same with meditation, although I can honestly say, I do make time to meditate most days, and the creation of my local women’s meditation circle has certainly helped with that.  I’ve always loved to walk and cycle, and food isn’t an issue for me, so I guess my well-ingrained discipline sorted those things out many years ago.

What I really waver on are tasks related to building my business, clarifying what I offer, who I serve and especially anything at all to do with marketing and selling my services. In fact even taking myself seriously as an entrepreneur has been a struggle.

And yet really, I have made progress just by doing what I do. My business is doing pretty well and I’ve come to realise it is somewhat about divine timing. The universe has been delivering clients to my door by recommendations and the all powerful internet.  One woman googled ‘hypnosis’ and found me, even though that word appears nowhere on the web.  She enjoyed her session and was a great match for how I work. Hmph (shrug), divine guidance perhaps?

Anyway, back to discipline, my recent breakthrough with getting up early to journal, meditate and walk has slipped away with the days growing shorter.  Getting out of bed before the sun is up is just plain hard for me to enjoy.  My body craves more rest in these darker months and so I’m relying on divine discipline to guide me.  I simply ask within during my day to discover what would be the best thing for me to do in each moment.  So when I’m struggling to open my eyes, let alone get out of bed at 7.00am, I simply honour the moment and wait to be guided into action or indeed, non-action for a few more minutes.

Letting go of the freedom versus discipline struggle allows us to be present with how we are really feeling and respond naturally and with respect for our most basic needs. Sleep is vital for good health and successful living.

Divine discipline takes the rigidity and self-punishment out of life and replaces it with flow, harmony and pleasure.  No one likes to be harangued or bullied into doing anything so please don’t do it to yourself.  If I can let myself off the hook, anyone can.  It makes you happier in your heart and allows you to create your life with a feeling of lightness and freedom.

Sound good? 🙂

Settling Into What’s True

Posted in Live From Intuition, and Trust The Universe

What once was hidden is now revealed.

So much has come to the surface to be sorted, reviewed, re-filed and re-leased.

The planetary influences of Mercury in retrograde during February along with Venus being absent from our night sky for around six weeks has supported much soul-searching, truth-seeing and bulls**t-dumping for us all.

The new moon on Friday saw many of us reach a culmination or end-of-process point where clarity was achieved and the pathway forward was revealed. Well, not so much revealed in full, but your next step may have been hinted at. And in the early hours of Thursday morning, Venus rose triumphantly in the east, righting our sense of balance around love and money.

There was a very strong quality of metaphorical death and re-birth around this particular new moon.  I felt it intensely all last week.  How did you fare?

The pace of change on offer may be feeling kind of hard to keep up with, particularly when ‘normal’ life must go on.  Although, seeing this pretty sunset last night while dinner preparations were underway, was a lovely moment of flow for me.  I saw the clouds forming before the sun dipped below the trees and I said: “It’s going to be a lovely sunset tonight.”

A few moments later I left the salad beginnings on the chopping board and went outside on the balcony to take a look.

last night's sunset take one...
last night’s sunset take one…

About ten minutes later while standing at the kitchen sink washing some dishes I saw that the sunset had changed from golden orange to hot pink and rushed outside to capture it.

sunset take two
sunset take two

This simple sunset got me thinking.  Change is occurring all around us in our natural world in every moment of every day and yet we often resist change when it happens in a human-shaped way.

Trees grow, leaves go brown and fall from the branch, insects hatch, a kookaburra – in view of my desk – swoops to the ground to snare a lizard, a kangaroo hit by a car lies dead on the roadside.  Life, death, birth, ageing, illness, decay, pro-creation, it’s all happening all the time, right under our noses.

What’s true for me now, more than ever before, is that my ability to deceive myself about what actually matters in my life, what is working, what is good, what could be better and how much I am responsible for creating my reality, has dropped away and died.  That’s a good thing because to live in illusion or is it delusion, about one’s life is to miss out on being present and aware of the life happening all around us and within us as well.

The sunset of last night has passed and will never be again.  I’m glad that I paused to take it in and say “Aaah”.

If you want to see a thing of beauty, get up early tomorrow morning, around 5.00am.  Look to the east and witness the beauty of bright sparkly Venus rising to shine briefly before being upstaged by the sun just an hour or so later. A little miracle of life to be enjoyed and savoured.

Namaste
